Park Days

While the acquisition of wisdom and knowledge is central to a good education, there is more. Education is about bringing up fully-formed human beings.

The goal of a classical education is to form the mind and character of the student so that he will use the power of knowledge for the betterment of those around him. Participating in community gives students the opportunity to engage with, serve, and love people, while learning and growing with other families in a Christ-centered environment. Highlands Latin Phoenix supports strong families by facilitating this kind of community through casual monthly Park Days.

In addition to a variety of annual school events and the Regional Conference, Highlands Latin Phoenix holds Park Days throughout the school year and summer to foster friendships and connections among current and prospective families.

We love making new friends, and look forward to meeting with you and welcoming you to our community!

“Nothing but heaven itself is better than a friend who is really a friend.”

-Plautus (Ancient Roman Playwright)
